The hydraulic line pressing pliers are composed of oil tank, power mechanism, reversing valve, overflow valve and oil pump mechanism. The oil pump mechanism is composed of oil pump body, high and low pressure oil hole, eccentric shaft, eccentric bearing, gear and a pair of high pressure oil pump and low pressure oil pump. The oil pump body is suspended on the tank cover, the high and low pressure oil holes are opened on the oil pump body, connected with the overflow valve circuit, and the eccentric shaft is longitudinally arranged. The upper end is hinged in the middle of the oil pump body, the lower end is provided with an eccentric bearing, and the moving gear is fixed on the top of the eccentric shaft and connected with the power mechanism. The high-pressure and low-pressure oil pumps are suspended on the oil pump host. The pump chambers of the high and low pressure oil pumps are respectively connected with the high and low pressure oil outlets, and the connection between the pump oil mechanism and the power mechanism is vertically connected, which can make full use of the space, reduce the floor space, and facilitate operation and transportation. The sucker rod of high and low pressure oil pump is changed to the working form of eccentric bearing, which has simple structure, few parts and convenient assembly.

2. After starting the pump, check whether each robot reaches the specified value, whether it can run, and whether it meets the technical and complete test requirements.
3. After starting the pump, immediately check whether the system pressure can be automatically stopped when the system pressure reaches the upper limit of the electrical contact pressure gauge.

1. Only nitrogen can be used in the accumulator, and other gases cannot be used.
2. After adjustment, various valves, overflow valves, electrical contact pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, etc. of the hydraulic system cannot be adjusted at will. When an error occurs, the person in charge should make an adjustment and report to the workshop leader. In principle, the personnel on duty shall not adjust at will.
3. When starting, it is not allowed to open the two pumps on the premise of meeting the production process. Do not close the return switch.

1. If it is necessary to stop the liquid supply in an emergency, the operation regulations for stopping the liquid supply shall be strictly observed to avoid casualties of the device and personnel.
2. The working oil pressure in the station shall not be lower than 4.8Mpa. Water tank level shall not be lower than 600mm gauge. Otherwise, you must inflate or rehydration.
3. When stopping, the solenoid valve should be in the position required for its work.
